National Prayer Breakfast for Scotland

Booking Now Open

It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce the date for this key national event for 2024. Following last year’s in person event, which was sold out and had the highest numbers of attendees ever, we are returning to Prestonfield House, Edinburgh.

As in previous years, MSPs along with other national leaders from the public sector, business, sport and academia will be joined by church leaders and members for this important moment in the national calendar.

Further details about the 2024 event:

  • This year we have Amy Orr-Ewing as keynote speaker. Dr Amy Orr-Ewing is an international author, speaker and theologian who addresses the deep questions of our day with meaningful answers found in the Christian Faith. Amy is the author of multiple books and has addressed Parliamentarians in the UK Parliament and staffers on Capitol Hill, and at the West Wing of the White House. Amy is interested in the intersection of questions of meaning and faith with the marketplace, education, leadership and policymaking.
  • Music will be provided by Kelle Bryan, who was a member of the group Eternal and is part of the Loose Women panel.
  • This year’s event will also incorporate the inaugural British-Irish Prayer Breakfast.  This builds on growing relationships between the individual national prayer breakfasts and will see key representatives from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Eire join with national leaders from Scotland.

As ticket sales will open shortly, please plan to book early to avoid disappointment.
